Good condition. Two large , open pockets on the sides. No pockets inside. Clean inside & out. No stains, rips or damage. The bottom 4 corners have small places of slight fading. See last 2 pictures. They are so light that the camera couldn't get them to show. The edges and seams have very slight fading. Also, so slight, camera pics wouldn't show them. Bin P2
