lissyjeans @cldraugelis Hi, I’m so sorry it took me so long to get back you! Since this has an open back & is flowy there is definitely give in the bust measurement but from side seam to side seam it is 16-1/2”. From the middle of the v-neck to the bottom is also 16-1/2”.

lissyjeans @cldraugelis The fabric is 100% modal, which is a semi-synthetic fabric made from beach tree pulp. It is a form of rayon but more durable & flexible. It is stretchy & like I said the criss cross open bottom back definitely gives it extra room.
