Victorian emerald dress

Reposting this item I purchased from @jeantheween. Loved the color and the shape but it would fit better for someone that is a true S or XS. I am 32 bust- 26 inch waist - that was great! But my hips at 40 inches were too right and I recommend someone slimmer. The brand is also Shein so the material is very light and the seams are one line of stitching so I don't feel comfortable filling in the dress too much.. Questions? Leave a comment below!
