Evening Purse, Ornate Frame Fancy Vintage Clutches. Victorian floral clutch is beautiful. The material is a black tabestry with a floral damask design on the front and solid black on the back. The frame is a brown lucite that intersects. The inside lining is a black linen with one open inside pocket. Labeled Made in Hong Kong which was common in the 1960s.
