Victorian Blouse

Great find! So deliciously Victorian or prairie chic! Excellent tailoring with an exceptionally beautiful neck . Size M - with stretch. Antique white with fine black stripes. I had this for a while but never got around to wearing it - hence it’s flawless- like new! I have something similar and this style looks great under a black cashmere sweater . I can also see this for cosplay or Halloween if you like to go as Mary Poppins or a Victorian governess :) the maker is vintage Worthington.
