Victorian 14K Triple Chain Choker converted Taille D'Épargne clasp 16" JR8446

Antique Victorian 14K yellow gold former watch chain & Taille D'Épargne slide charm with a small sea pearl that had been converted into a choker necklace, sometime in late 19th century, by adding a clasp and soldering caps onto the chains. The length of the chains are 14, 15 and 16", handmade counterpart clasp (see photos), the chain is 4.83 x 4.3mm (like a square). The clasp has tubular movable part, it adorns with a pearl on top. The clasp is 24.8 x 19.5mm. Weight 37.2 grams. It is unstamped but acid test by jeweler result was 14K. C, 1860s. Overall it is in very good antique condition. Retail 6,500
