Victorian 12” Long Hat Pin w Prong Set Rhinestones

Unique hat pin. The pin itself seems to be brass with silver plating tarnished/worn off in random places. Rhinestones are discolored. Late 1800's. 12.5" long. and top is about 1 1/2" wide.
