Large lapis cabochon stone displays beautifully in an intricate four-prong sterling silver 925 setting with 14K gold vermeil fleur de lis side design. I have owned this since purchase but have never worn it, so it really is like new!. Size 5. Highly detailed under-gallery adds that inimitable Victoria Wieck Beverly Hills style to this piece.
