Leave a comment below! very old definitely vintage but quite possibly antique Victoria ware hat pin holder - cobalt blue floral flower chintz pattern do not feel any chips but it is definitely bumpy with dimples from being handmade. hand-painted with normal imperfections the stamps/marking on the bottom is a bit blurred and there's excess glaze on the bottom surprisingly this is very rare and hard to find especially one this old
