@michcurr2 I would the medium is also a 4, 4-6.
I wear a size small myself, and my jeans size is 26, although they are stretchy 😊. The small is a 0-2 I would say as the small is big on me.

I do notice a difference. I wear them for work, they do not cover my ankles enough if they are not longs rendering them useless for what im intending to use them for.
