Victoria Royal Navy Blue High Neck Beaded Dress

So gorgeous, and perfect for events. Has some definite flaws in the skirt (missing beads/loose threads) that are not surprising for a vintage item. The missing beads aren't too obvious, but are visible upon closer examination. The extemely deep discount reflects this. No further offers will be accepted. Fabric feels quite heavy and very luxe. The top has stretch, but the skirt has little give to it. Length- 39.5" Chest- 15.5"
