Beautiful size Small/Medium oversized popover tunic length blouse from Victoria Leland. The top is done in a flowy crinkled rayon in black and white in a floral print and has 3/4 sleeves with elastic cuffs that have thin ruffled trim. The top has a rounded collar that dips into a V-neck and a keyhole with ties that have tassels. The top has a slightly high low style and is in very good condition. Bust is approximately 25" doubled to 50" with more room in the fabric Length is approximately 30" in front, longer to 32" in back 100% rayon Washable or dry clean.
