Victoria Beckham little girl dress

Sold out Victoria Beckham collection from target. This beautiful dress is size extra small I would say it’s like a 4T -6T .measurements taken in photo. Length from top of shoulder is 22 1/2 in. Width 13 1/2 inches. There’s a tiny spot on it I’m not sure where it’s from. This is new without tags.
