Pre-loved but hardly worn and in beautiful condition with just some pulls. Please see last picture for original looks with bows on the front. The bows were removed causing the pulls along the waist though this can be covered up with a belt or sash. 100% polyester. Fully lined with crinoline material to create some poof!
