Waist 15” hips 20” zipper 7” Length 40” fully lined maxi VGUC Beautiful vertical satin panels that open up into a flare maxi. Fitted at waist&hips, opens up to a full twirl. The last 2 photos are inside &outside inch of hem that has come undone & frayed(total 1 inch), all it needs is stitching from the top to keep it from fraying more. No one will be looking that closely at the hem especially when it is mended. It’s an easy fix, I’m happy to do it. No returns if I do it & must ask for repair
