Victor Costa Red and Black Embellished Tulle Skirt Size 10

Tulle overlay skirt from Victor Costa. Two layers of red polyester satin with three layers of red tulle and two layers of black tulle on top. Black ribbon and beading floral details at side and bottom of skirt. Two of the black ribbon rosettes don’t have beads in the center (see last photo) and one has a droopy bead (see photo 8). These are noticed upon closer inspection of the skirt but difficult to see when looking at the skirt overall. Tulle is unhemmed at the bottom. Would be great for a holiday party. Also gives me retro vibes. Size 10 but please see measurements below for best fit. Waist: 15.5” across Hips: Approx 21.5-22” across Length: 26” to bottom of tulle. Lining is about 1-1.5@ shorter than tulle.
