Vici Red Long Sleeve Dress

Sheer flowing pleated dress. Burgundy (pictures don't show the rich color) size small, more like an extra small. ptp 17in. Only closure 2 snaps at waist and upper chest snap. I bought it to wear over a one piece leotard but was too small. Sad because it's so stinking pretty! I wear 10/12.NWOT
