maisonrose_007 @baba_bar Lay flat pit to pit is ~21.5 inches and length from shoulders to bottom is ~23 inches. I attached a couple of pics of measurements.

maisonrose_007 @baba_bar 100% cotton. The lace is forgiving, soft not stiff. You can pop the collar or lay it flat.

baba_bar @maisonrose_007 thank you. Essentially, I’m hoping to find one where the cotton lace can effortlessly surround neck. Maybe it does this, or there is a tiny clasp of some sort?
