Vibrant open front 2X top

Very striking blue with pink and white floral lightweight layering piece. Open front, squared off arm openings with side ruffling. Sized 2x, would fit up to 4x. I wore with dressy royal blue dress in closet or dressed down with white tank and jeans. Excellent condition.
