Vibrant green cocktail dress

Fully lined, knee-length green cocktail dress with a cinched waist and flattering pleating. Lining is a soft, luxurious satin fabric. Upper pleated layer is sheer. Some signs of wear: a few small stains/dots can be seen around the waistband area, but really aren’t very noticeable when wearing (photos included, please let me know if you have questions). They are also in a place that can mostly be covered by a fun belt! From a smoke-free home.
