Vibrant flowy stretchy dress M

Stretchy flowing dress in vibrant colors. No size tag but fits like a medium. 38 inches from shoulder to hem. 16 inch from pit to pit when laid flat...and very stretchy. Empire waist stretches to fit perfectly. The mannequin is a full busted one, not the normal size, so judge accordingly. This dress will adjust to a multitude of sizes due to the spandex.
