Ecote Urban Outfitters blouse

Vibrant and Lightweight high-low blouse from Urban Outfitters, Ecote brand. Batik style, patterned, deep shades of fuchsia, fabric. Flows nicely over frame. Sleeves are not quite full length. Great for casual, work, or going out. Excellent condition, only worn a handful of times.
