Vibrant red orange color, size 10 from Anthropologie, beautiful floral design on top with sheer tank sleeves, lined, lightweight and flowy. Has one very small belt loop on each side (see pictures) but do not have the belt. Would be easy to replace with a very small string or ribbon I think. Have only worn a couple of times without the belt! Really fun summer dress.
