ursulawyoming Size 3 in chicos is about a 16-20 I wore this size when i was an 18/20 and even a bit when I was smaller all of their pants have some give it to them too, so they’re a little bit stretchy. They don’t have like elastic, but they look the fabric is a little bit stretchy so it it gives it’s very nice. Let me know if you need to know anything else.
