Vibrant Orange Women's Skirt

Vibrant Orange-Red Linen Skirt with flirty ruffle hem. It is quite bright but not neon. The photo with my hand is most accurate. Fully Lined. Side Zip. No pockets. Waist 17.5” Length 17” at the shortest point in the front Length 21” at the longest point in the back. I am 5-7 and it hits mid thigh at the front. I think the model in the photo is very petite.
