Vibrant Orange Handmade Dress

Very unique handmade dress in a vibrant orange color. Fabric feels like a linen blend to me, fully lined in lemon yellow sheer. Has cap sleeves and full, high-low skirt. Has pockets and also what look like belt loops that go through dress(as pictured). No belt included. Bust measurement lying flat is about 21”. Sizing is probably comparable to an XL or XXL.
