Vibrant Holiday “Maria” Red, intricate-Laced short dress from “Forever 21”

A short, red dress, about knee length, Size L, Forever 21 brand. Barely worn. It’s perfect for a summer day with sandals or upscale event with heels. Very intricate laced design on entire dress. Ends of the sleeves and bottom of dress threads are a little undone (see photos) but possible to get it fixed.
