Vibrant Blue Racer Back Maxi Dress with Gold Belt

Beautiful blue color with a double layer fabric that moves and breathes easily while still hugging the waistline nice and tight! I am about a dress size 6-8, and was not able to zip it all the way up, so I have never worn it. There are absolutely no tags, so I’m unsure of the designer or fabric type. The cut is really sexy on and the gold shines bright. This would be best on someone with a small upper body/rib cage. The chest area is very roomy, but the neck line sits tight.
