Beautiful full puffed drawstring 3/4 sleeves (see photo) that can be adjusted to any size, ruffles just below the knee, perfect low rounded neckline and original wide sash belt still attached! This one could go costume with the right styling, fairy, whimsygoth possibilities abound! Vintage size tag of German 40 but seems to measure to about a modern size 0. That said, the bottom half is far roomier, so it could probably fit a 2 that’s smaller on top, please check measurements carefully as there is no stretch to this (gorgeous) fabric. Hidden back zip.
