Vestique high waisted talking shorts. Navy blue with white pinstripes. Belt loops and front pockets. Size on tag says Small but inner tag states Medium. I would venture they are probably a small. Waistband measures 13 inches across. These shorts are elegant and chic. Perfect with a camisole, cropped blazer or fitted tee. NWOT.
