This dress is beautiful & is brand new, only put on once to try & foolishly pulled the tag off. But it is new, never worn. Brand is British - Vesper. Womens's British size 24 but runs big - more like an American 24 or 26. It has a really cute silhouette - sweetheart neckline & butterfly sleeves. I really wish it fit me. Synthetic materials.
