This coat/raincoat is fully lined, belted,double breasted with 2 side pockets and epaulets. It’s functional as a raincoat or cool weather coat. Although it is labeled xs it is extremely roomy and long, reaching to mid calf or lower on a shorter person. Pictured, my size M 5’2”
