Very soft and festive sweater

Chelsea & Violet Brand Sweater XS, very soft & shimmery. Fabric bundles around neck. Tag says XS but truly fits even smaller. Good even for a teen as a small fit. Will not go down on price, I only receive $1 as is to sell this at $8
