creamychocolate @mel03 I'm pretty sure it doesn't flare out. It's a normal skirt. It was a gift I received and never wore because it doesn't fit, but I can try to.

creamychocolate @mel03 sorry it took so long I've had a lot goin on but like I said it doesn't fit me. It would look better on someone it fit. The skirt is like a normal dress it doesn't flare out or poofy and the top is fitted to your boobs.

creamychocolate I'm a size 24 and it fits me but doesn't zip up so it's possible it could fit u, but it is a extra large. The dress is knee length. How much were you thinking? I really didn't want to go lower evacuee I've never worn this dress before it's new and I bought it for more. But ill consider it.

creamychocolate It has a zipper it's satin/polyester material so I dot think it wil stretch too much
