Very rare vintage Prairie x Victorian dress (‘70s)

I love this dress with all my heart, but have yet to find a place to wear it. The fabric has very little give, but fits like a glove for my size (34B, 25-26 waist, 5’5”). It is so charming and whimsical. The ties meet in the back for a sweet bow. Zip up in the back with 3 fish eyes at very top. The skirt twirls with its simple ruffle. Sleeves can be rolled up and have detailing (in picture) if you choose to wear that way. Super 70s, kind of sister/wife, no? lovely and the print is beautiful.
