Very pretty girl’s size 4 blue & white 4-layered skirt

Very pretty girl’s size 4 blue & white 4-layered skirt with a navy blue, fold over, stretch-knit waistband. This cute little skirt has 3 layers of soft, 100% polyester ruffles that have a white background with 3 different floral patterns in multiple shades of blue. The bottom ruffle has a solid navy blue, soft mesh ruffle underneath it. The waistband & lining are a soft 95% cotton/5% spandex. Machine washable, very good condition, non-smoking home.
