Very pretty and simple Summer skirt

Super cute skirt that for some reason I liked more before I got it home. I never wear it and I dont know why, its so cute, great for a hot day or throw on some leggings underneath on a cool Summer night or Fall day. Its a light material. It has an elastic waste band. The color is a dark green as in the cover photo, the picture of it on the hanger is not as accurate.
