Very comfy Spring Step leather white women shoes, wide width 10W, feels like 9.5

Spring Step leather white women loafer shoe, wide width size 10W, but feels like 9.5W. Shoes are new, but there is no tag attached. I tried them at home for a day only and realized that I need half-size up. I wear size 10 and bought them without trying. They are slightly small (length) on me. The width is perfect. The leather is soft. Extremely comfortable on foot. Adjustable back. Feel sorry to sell, but in the hot New York Summer foot can be swollen and shoes a little small on me.
