Very beautiful and elegant black and white dress

This pretty dress is size 16 girls but it has been slightly altered at the armpit to fit my younger self. This dress has only been worn once (many years ago) but this dress is still in amazing condition! The length is about 31” and the waist size is 14.5”. The color is black and Ivory.
