Brand New never opened RARE Mattel 1990 Fashion Friends Casual Wear outfit #7482 Never-Removed-From-Box. Many collectors don't realize it, but K-Mart Commissioned Mattel to make them their own EXCLUSIVE Barbie-type fashion doll in 1990. Mattel had never done anything like this before, but they created the Fashion Friends series just for K-Mart. They were not technically called "Barbie" but they used the Barbie body and came with exact Barbie shoes. (Only the head sculpts were changed). The 3 dolls are hard-to-find, but their fashions are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to find!
