Very Rare 1960's Betsey Johnson for Paraphernalia mini dress

This is a very rare min dress designed by Betsey Johnson for Paraphernalia. Made in the 1960s, this black and white polka dot dress is amazing. The longs sleeves in this piece are amazing. Full and ruched on front and back of sleeves. Buttons down front but not all the way down . The dress is in excellent vintage condition. No fabric tag but a light weight cotton material with no stretch. Vintage size 7, would best fit a 4 or smaller . Could not button closed on my size 6 mannequin.
