Very Fashionable Soft Plaid tunic XL-1X

Beautiful tunic for a lover of all things Brit. Soft, lightweight fabric. Great for fall with leggings or skirt. Label says 3X but it did not fit upper arm. This fits more like XL 14-16 if loose or 1X if you want body con. I tried on once; not for me. Arms circumference snug.
