There is a horizontal band across the middle of the dress and side diagonal pockets that blend into the pleating design on the skirt. The back of the dress has stretchy smocking at the top and the front is lined with a plastic strip to help keep the dress up/in place. The dress has a side zipper closure with a hook and string loop at the top. It is made of pearly, shimmery, and slightly stretchy fabric. It is pre-owned and in great condition.
