Vertigo corduroy skirt with decorative ribbon embellishments

Never worn - size 6 Vertigo corduroy skirt with ribbon embellishments. This skirt is adorable and I just never wore it and need to part with it. Still has the plastic where I ripped the tags off, but tags are gone.
