Versona scallop Skirt

Versona, black skirt, had short built in, spandex like material, comfortable compressed material, size 6 but can honestly fit up to an 8 maybe even a 10 ( that’s how stretchy it is), scallop hem, thick waistband, never worn brand new, ask for measurements and I am open to offers!
