Versace IT38 Dress with zipper detail

Versace Italian 38 gray dress. Purchased at a New York sample sale. Never been worn by me. There are threads that need to be tightened or cut and the zipper detail needs to be re-attached in a spot. See photo- it’s nothing that a simple seamstress could not fix I’m sure. White mark on inside of dress, not sure what it is because I’ve never tried to clean the dress because it’s never been worn.
