Purchased in Italy. ITTIERRE Made in Italy label. A lot of stretch. Feel like a second skin. Very comfortable. Inseam to bottom of leg: 30" length. See the photo for waist measurements with ruler. Size Euro: 42 USA: 28" (I wore them when I was Size 40/26 with a smaller waist than I have now) Bottom of leg: 7" wide when flat. Like New.
