Gorgeous and removable silver tone Medusa tassel charm. Zippered closure with 2 zipper pulls. The hardware is a darkish silver tone. Silky interior lining in brown and gold baroque vine & scroll pattern. Interior features 3 open pockets. I believe it is y2k era.
