I ordered a pair of these from you sent to my friends house and they said "slight scratches". I just got to my friends and opened the package and these are trashed. they are missing 2 stones off the front and the screw for the arm isnt even there so the arm isnt fully attached to the frame. they arent even wearable. this is completely unacceptable.

@mardeeshack all you have to do is return the glasses if you are unhappy. the arm was on the glasses and I didnt see anything missing except for a stone on the arm. I am happy to take them back.

@rjlcloset there is no option to return them since its after the 3 day window. There is no physical possible way the arm was attached when you sent it because the screw is also one of the triangle stones and its completely missing. 2 missing stones and it didnt even list that any stones are missing. I'm glad to email you photos.

@rjlcloset I had them shipped to my friends house in FL because I was coming from CA. I just opened the package today. Why would you list the description as "minor scratches" when it is missing 2 stones, one of them being an essential part that holds the framea together. You didnt list missing stones at all so why would you be comfortable mailing it to me when you said you saw it had a missing stone when you put it in the box? That right there shows it wasnt how you described.

@rjlcloset I would prefer that, if you are able to do that because I do want these style of glasses. I dont mind if it is missing a stone even, because it is a low price for Verasace glasses and i understand that. But the arm not being screwed in just isnt workable. I tried looking up the model and couldnt find anything about the screw size, so I can't do anything to fix these.
