The sleeves are just long enough, and just puffed enough, to provide coverage without emphasizing your arms. The waist also is ruched enough to hide your stomach, without making it a focal point. I purchased this dress secondhand. I repaired the ripped inner lining in the skirt area. I dry cleaned and ironed the dress. I wore it once, and I got a lot of compliments. Selling for less than I paid, despite the repairs, because I lost weight and it is too big now.
